بعضی موقع ها فکر میکنم لال بودم مردم کمتر بهم گیر میدادن یعنی خب...مگه جاشونو تنگ کردم. نمیتونم حرف بزنم. بعضی موقع ها حتی بحث خجالتم نیست واقعا نمیدونم باید راجب چی صحبت کنم که ولم کنن.

i think you should prioritize being there for her first like maybe compliment her appearance, or her actions, tell her how much she matters in your life. for a suicidal person, even a good morning could change their day. then id suggest having a talk with her about suicide, let her know that she matters in your life and that you dont want her to do anything harsh, tell her to call you if she feels lonely or depressed, be there for her and let her know that you love her.

i need a life advice. I think. honestly i dont know anymore, my close friend said she tried last night h%ng herself, or i knew about that only trough her strange status, that didn't made sense. as i knew her she was always happy, and lastnight she didn't looked off, sounded off. Everytime we talked i heard her laugh even from stupid little things. all i said then was "words of support" and call the hotline if . If. If she will want to do it again? I don't know, i was so scared then i don't know why i said that. if i will ask her now why she didn't said that to me?why she did that? would that be alright?
