To Anonymous response to Person: I absolutely agree with you, the Elite and the current world is set up to control the masses. I just don't think Christ is the solution here. You talk about a “set of restrictions” that set you free, which I would assume are the things preached in the bible. So somehow your solution to not being a slave is to devote yourself to Christ and Religion something that's been used to control the masses for forever, something that can be said was only created to control you. Coming back to the restrictions. The Bible and the Holy texts have massive flaws. They're up to interpretation, meaning they can be laid out to you as the Elite desire. They're also mistranslated multiple times over the history, so most of the things that are written in them are probably wrong and even if everything was true the powerful would still find a way to interpret it in a way that leads to them having complete control over all the religious people. In my opinion, the only way to stop being a slave is to find your own ideals and restrictions, because it's not like I disagree with you on that finding your own goals restrictions and ideals are what makes you human and what helps you find freedom. Using Christ as a way to feel better about yourself when nothing changes Is lazy.
